There's one addition, from TV Guide, to the ABC gallery, a Saturday, 12/18/99 ad for The Wendy's Three-Tour Challenge (See nine of the world's best golfers tee off for a very special cause.) I scanned the entire page which also includes all the 4:00 pm listings. Also airing at that time was a Louisville vs. Kentucky basketball game on CBS, Skiing on NBC and a San Fransisco vs. Carolina NFL game on Fox. There's also one addition, from TV Guide, to the FOX gallery, a full-page ad for The TV Guide Awards, airing in March 2000. There are four additions, from The Blade, to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery, starting with a Monday, 12/20/99 ad, in the Peach Section, for The Mary Tyler Moore Show Marathon on Nick-at-Nite. Next is a Tuesday, 12/21/99 ad, in the Sports Section, for a Bedford vs. Whitmer High School Basketball game on the Community Channel. There's also a 12/21/99 Peach Section ad, for Radio City: The Story Behind the Showplace, on AMC, followed by a Friday, 12/24/99 ad, in the Peach Section, for The Battlestar Gallactica Chain Reaction Marathon (Dirk Benedict, Richard Hatch, Lorne Greene, Maren Jensen). on the Sci-Fi Channel. There are thirteen more ads today, from the December 11-17, 1999 issue of TV Guide Magazine, and from December 12, 14 & 17, 1999 editions of The Blade, plus two Random Pages gallery additions, from pages of The Blade, a Monday, 12/13/99 Peach Section column by Chris Borrelli, titled "Will Channel 11's Heitz Drop His Anchor?" Mr. Heitz would not retire until January 15, 2001, by the way. There are also two other items, about local stations being carried by satellite TV services, and about the end of Soundscapes on WGTE-FM. There's also a Tuesday, 12/14/99 Sports Section story by Donald Emmins, "Switch to Lions Bad Timing For Fox 36." There's one addition, from TV Guide, to the ABC gallery, a Sunday 12/12/99 full-paged ad for "Switching Goals" on The Wonderful World of Disney, starring Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. There's also one addition, from TV Guide, to the FOX gallery, a Tuesday, 12/14/99 ad for Mariah Carey's Homecoming Special. There are two more WBGU-TV27 additions, from TV Guide, to the PBS gallery, a Saturday, 12/11/99 ad for Bee Gees: One Night Only, and a Sunday, 12/12/99 ad for The Peter Paul and Mary Holiday Concert. The next four ads are all from The Blade. There are three additions, from TV Guide, to the PBS gallery, all WBGU-TV27 ads. The first one is a Wednesday, 12/8/99 ad for Smart Women Finish Rich and Balance Your Body, Balance Your Life with Dr. Edward Taub. Next is a Thursday, 12/9/99 ad for The Hayes Presidential Center: Visit the Past, followed by a Friday, 12/10/99 ad for Doo Wop 50. There are two additions, from The Blade, to the Buckeye CableSystem gallery, both Friday, 12/10/99 ads, a half-page Weather Page ad, with west Toledo resident, Amy Drescher, for Buckeye Express High-Speed Internet Service ("Buckeye Express is the hot setup."), and a Peach Section ad, for "Dexter's Laboratory: Ego Trip," on Cartoon Network. There's a Saturday, 12/4/99 ad for Busy People's Cooking with Dawn Hall, followed by a Sunday, 12/5/99 ad for Nature, "Wisdom of the Wild." There's also a Monday, 12/6/99 ad for The Blizzard of '78. There are four additions to the Vintage Cable Ads gallery, starting with a Saturday, 12/4/99 ad for Dennis Miller: The Millennium Special, on HBO.
